Here are some of the biggest burning questions our community asks:
- What days do you accept consignments?
Consignments are accepted daily. However, all consignments are by appointment only. Call (606) 633-4829 to schedule your appointment today!
- How many items can I bring a day?
We accept up to 25 items per appointment. We recommend that you bring in a few extra in case there are items we do not take. You will still have the maximum number to consign.
- Does clothing need to be on hangers?
Yes! All clothing must be received on hangers. If you need hangers, feel free to drop by a day or two in advance and we will gladly give you some at no cost.
- Do you accept all seasons, year-round?
Unfortunately, no. We have limited space and we only accept in-season items. If you’re not sure which season we are accepting, feel free to call (606) 633-4829 and ask one of our friendly associates who will be glad to answer any questions.
- What are your operating hours?
Annie’s is open Tuesday through Saturday 10AM – 5PM.
- What is the consignor commission?
Consignors receive 50% of the price for each item sold. On furniture and purses that are priced $300 or more, consignors receive 60% of the price for each item.
- What happens with items that aren’t sold?
All items priced less than $50 in our store that remain unsold are donated to charity. Items priced over $50 are available for return to the consignor. When the item expires, we call the consignor and they have one week to pick up the item unless other arrangements are made.
- Does Annie’s accept formals and wedding gowns?
We do NOT accept formal wear or wedding gowns.
- How do clothes need to be brought in for consignment?
All clothes must be in-season, current fashions and smoke-free. Clothing with any stains, tears, fading, missing buttons or non-functional zipper will not be accepted. All pieces must be clean and wrinkle-free. Household items must clean and without defects. Shoes must be in excellent condition. The better your items look, the more likely they are to sell!
- How do I get the money on my account?
Any money on your account is available to you on-demand! You may cash out the money in-person, request a check or use it towards store credit when making a purchase. It is yours and available to you at any time!
